Cancellation Policy
Full refund if tour cancelled 15 days or more before date of tour
No refund after 14 days to tour date
Exceptions:
- Ship fails to dock
- Flight delays
- Extreme weather – e.g. storm, gales, flooding, etc., such that cancellation is necessary for health and safety reasons
No refund if you cancel tour due to:-
- Illness or injury
- Poor weather – rainy, cloudy or overcast weather is not a valid reason for cancelling your pre-booked tour
- Change of plans
- Oversleeping
